“If you have a body, you are an athlete” – Nike
Ultimate Conditioning is a concept that blends physical (strength, speed, endurance), nutritional (correct eating patterns) and holistic (the mindset, gaining super self confidence) routines to deliver bulletproof performance for Sports Teams, Athletes, Corporates and Individuals alike.

Marco Mastrorocco, a former Pro Fighter, a Conditioning Coach* and Master Trainer is a man who has travelled the globe in search of the perfect fitness regime.
Marco has trained the “who’s who” of Elite Fighters, and it still remains his main Passion. However, since 2009, he has been using his extensive research on conditioning, functional power and mental toughness, to devise a way to make his fitness system universally accessible to the regular Joe or aspiring athlete.

Marco prides himself for having created sport addicts: getting people off their couches and getting them to a stage where they are running marathons or hiking Mont Blanc, or just challenging themselves that extra bit everyday towards their fitness goals.
He loves to say:
"... They (athletes/ average people) only have different goals, but their training is inherently based on the same on the same ground of routines, concepts and development".

Marco is currently the Team Manager of R.A.W. Combat Team (K-1 and Boxing) and runs Seminars for Ring Sports and MMA conditioning.

Marco Mastrorocco is also the Director of G.I.F.T.- Academy (Global Institution of Functional Training) - an accredited provider for Sport & Fitness qualifications.
In whatever time he can spare, he provides his consulting services to Health Clubs and Leisure Centres, to evaluate, improve and update their training systems for PTs and Instructors.

*conditioning: The term is very broad and normally used to describe different components of an overall training program (Strength, Speed, Power, etc.). This can further divided into 2 groups: General and Sport Specific.
a) General Conditioning: we refer to the beginning of each Training “journey” , to make the body ready to the following phase
b) Sport specific conditioning: The training for the specific skill we need
